Refund policy
We have a 30 day return policy, please request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact akira@gemini-ec.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on where and how to send your package. Items returned without prior request for return will not be accepted.
Once we receive your order, please confirm your order. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and correct the problem.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
